STRUCTURE: RCC Framed structure.

PLASTERING:cement mortar 1:6 mix be used for internal and external plastering.

FLOORING:vetrified tiles of standard size 2’x2′.

WALLS: 6′ External wall and ‘4’ Interval wall with Cement mortar. Red clay(MUD clay) Bricks shall be used.

DOORS & WINDOWS: Main door will be of teak wood and other door frames are of Country wood. Country wood shutters will be provided for windows with 4mm thick pin headed glass panels as per the design.All windows will be provided with MS safety grills.

TOILETS:flooring will be done with anti skid Ceramic tiles. White glazed tiles dado up to 7’ht will be provided. Fittings should be of CP Brass of standard good quality make. One standard make Orissa pan/EWC with standard PVC flush tank in each toilet. White or coloured wash basin will be provided for all toilets.

PLUMBING & WATER: All the water supply will be provided with PVC pipes. One over-head tank will be provided for each block, Bore well shall be One no.for each block. Sewerage and Drainage pipes shall be one of the standard PVC pipes.

ELECTRICAl: Concealed copper wiring of ISI standard with PVC conduits, essential points with good quality modular switches.

KITCHEN: Granite polish stone platform with stainless steel sink. White/colou glazed tiles dado up to 2ft height above the platform.

PAINTING: All internal walls will be putty finished and painted with standard quality plastic emulsion. All External walls will be painted with standard quality cement base point. Pest control treatment is to be provided for whole building.

TERRACE: Terracefloor will be finished with water proof coarse concentrete with cements plastering.

STAIRCASE & CORRIDORS: Common stair case will be provided for each block with sufficient light points in each landing.

LIFTS: 2 No’s of 6 passenger lifts of good standard make (OTIS/Johnson/Voltas) provided for each block.
